About SCSF.
It's simple really. Scooter Club of San Francisco is the newest scooter club
with a passion for rides and rallies, meeting new people and making friends
and promoting safety. On top of that, members have each others respect and are
encouraged to help other members as well. We will be coordinating rallies throughout
the year to benefit non-profit organizations which benefit the city of San Francisco
such as The Rescue Mission in the heart of the Tenderloin. Whether you are a
novice or a veteran of scooters, guy or girl, gay or straight, rich or dirt
poor, single or married we'd love to see
you soon!
San
Francisco Scooter Girls
Every other Thursday, we get together
for a social gathering. On alternate Thursdays, we have business meetings.
About SFSG
San Francisco Scooter Girls
is a scooter club open to all female riders. We, as a club, strive to provide
an open, welcoming and safe environment for women riders. One of our goals is
to encourage women to ride, and to do it safely. We put on three big events
each year: our anniversary party in the spring, our scooter rally in the fall,
and a holiday party/charity toy run in the winter.
Our motto is “any girl, any scooter” and we mean it. Our members ride modern and vintage, manual and automatic. And more importantly, we ride. We have a Yahoo! group, this website, a Myspace page and a Facebook page that we use to discuss scooters and to share information with the scooter community.
